Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Program 1
Educational conferences and webinars on health care costs and quality. Endeavoring to help local employers and other stakeholders understand their role in holding the local health care delivery system accountable for the cost and quality of care received by their beneficiaries and the general public. We also did a number of webinars on payment reform and alternative payment models.
Program 2
Encouraging hospitals In Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota to participate in the Leapfrog Hospital Quajity Survey in an effort to make quality of care information more readily available to the public, and encouraging more informed use of health care dollars.
Program 3
Encouraging employers to voluntarily pool their claims data In order to build a multl-payer claims database. Our goal, through research and analysis Is to understand the cost drivers in our market and Inform a data-driven conversation among otakoholdoro regarding the lssues uncovered by the data analysls.
