Loretto Health & Rehabilitation
The Loretto Health and Rehabilitation Center is comprised of the Cunningham building, a 13-floor, 487-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility, and Fahey Rehab, a 96-bed short-term residential rehabilitation program - the largest in Central New York.
The Loretto Health and Rehabilitation Center is able to offer specialized services that are not often found in smaller nursing homes because of its size. Specialized floors are dedicated to higher functioning patients, as well as those with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia.
Bernardine
The Bernardine is an affordable community for older adults that boasts spacious apartments in a picturesque setting. Tucked in a neighborhood community in the city of Syracuse, the Bernardine offers Enriched Living and Assisted Living Programs that provide residents the added peace of mind that they can age gracefully in one place without needing to relocate.
The Commons on St. Anthony
It’s a moment we can help you face with confidence: A loved one needs long term skilled nursing care or short term rehabilitation. At The Commons on St. Anthony, our team understands and is here for you. Here you’ll find warm, attentive staff, clean, bright, inviting spaces and comfortable, modern rooms where our residents sleep tight.

Daybreak Medical Program
Helping people to live independently in their community for as long as possible is key to promoting wellness of the mind, body, and spirit. That’s why Loretto offers our Daybreak Adult Medical Program to supplement the services individuals are already receiving and assist them with medical conditions they’re unable to manage by themselves.
Forest View at Fayette
It provides independent living for seniors in an affordable, accessible and comfortable setting.
Forest View at Fayette residents receive supportive services from PACE CNY, Loretto’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly in cooperation with St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center. PACE CNY provides supportive services designed to help frail seniors remain independent and living in the community for as long as possible.
Heritage
Loretto’s The Heritage is the first residential program in Central New York created especially to care for those with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia. Located on the main Loretto campus, this historical building was built in 1926 it was the home to the original Loretto Rest nursing home.
Programming at the Heritage is person-first and builds on an individual’s strengths. Daily activities are designed to stimulate residents physically and mentally, as well as provide opportunities for residents to socialize.
Malta House/Malta Manor
Malta House and Malta Manor are owned by Loretto and managed by Catholic Charities’ housing division, Christopher Community, Inc. Located adjacent to the Sally Coyne PACE CNY Center in North Syracuse, they offer independent living for low-income, frail seniors. There are 49 one-bedroom apartments in each building and Loretto social workers can arrange community services for residents based on individual needs.
O'Brien Road Apartments
This newly built 40-unit apartment building was developed by Loretto in partnership with managing agent Christopher Community to meet the needs of the frail elderly in northwest Onondaga County
Buckley Landing
Loretto’s Buckley Landing provides a caring community for older adults in a country setting with a neighborhood atmosphere. Buckley Landing is conveniently located in the popular suburb of North Syracuse. Our Enriched and Assisted Living Programs are licensed and regulated by the New York State Department of Health.
Community Residences
Loretto Community Residences is comprised of three homes, housing and supporting a total of 26 residents. Two of these homes are located in the City of Syracuse, and one in the Village of Baldwinsville. Our homes serve older adults with psychiatric disabilities.
The goal of the program is to help our residents gently unfold their own lives; to discover their desires and dreams. As we guide residents on their path in life, special emphasis is put forth to ensure residents are treated with Respect & Dignity.
Highland House
Highland House is a lovely Victorian home where elders participate in PACE CNY (Loretto’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly, in cooperation with St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center) and live together as a community.
Just like other PACE CNY participants, Highland House residents receive personal care assistance in their home and enjoy visiting a PACE Day Center three days a week for social activities, lunch and medical appointments and care.
The Nottingham
Located in Jamesville, The Nottingham is just a short drive from Syracuse, New York. The Nottingham is a senior living community with housing options that range from cottages, independent living apartments, enriched living apartments and accommodations for skilled nursing.
Conveniently located near medical services, shopping and restaurants, these senior living options offer residents the independence to come and go as they please – giving their families and loved ones the peace of mind that comes from knowing there is someone to lend a hand if needed
Sedgwick Heights
Loretto's Sedgwick Heights is located in the heart of the historic Sedgwick district of Syracuse and provides a safe, supportive and affordable environment for older adults in an atmosphere that promotes their independent spirit. Programs foster a special blend of heath care, wellness, companionship and community. As the needs of residents change, the level of care provided by Sedgwick Heights can change to meet those needs.
Loretto’s Sedgwick Heights offers three residential programs for older adults based on the level of assistance needed. All Sedgwick Heights’ programs are licensed and regulated by the New York State Department of Health.
