Public Policy on Issues Affecting NJ Non-Profits

Advocacy can often make the difference between short-term responses to critical problems and long-term or preventative solutions. The Center promotes sound public policies that will enable charities to pursue their missions for the people and communities they serve. The Center educates policy makers about the social and economic importance of non-profits to the state. The center also educates non-profits about federal and state laws governing advocacy so that charitable non-profits will be better able to engage in public policy work safely and effectively.
