What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Program 1

The Shepherd Center, is a home for street boys in Kabale, Uganda and provides shelter, food, medical care, education and mentoring for up to 50 boys at a time. The goal of The Shepherd Center is to work with the boys and their families to return them to their homes. When a boy is reunited with his family, The Shepherd Center continues assisting with his education, clothing, food (as needed), and medical care to ensure that the boy can continue with his education.From October 2019 to September 2020, For Christs Glory Ministries received $70,247.80 in designated donations for The Shepherd Center and distributed $61,689.03 of the funds to:1.House, feed, and provide medical care and daily education and mentoring for 36 to 50 street boys living on site.2.Educate, feed, clothe and provide medical care to boys who were reunited with their families.3.Provide a Christmas party at the end of 2019 for each boy affiliated with the Shepherd Center. The cost of the party and gifts was $1978.00. Each boy received a gift bag of clothing for the coming year (shirts, pants, shorts, underwear, belt, socks, sandals, shoes) hygiene items and spending money.4.Complete several remodeling projects for a total cost of $10,447.00 in 2019 and 2020. The remodeling included adding and repairing a brick wall/fence to surround the property, remodeling the outdoor bathrooms with sinks and running water, adding water tanks and indoor plumbing, and repainting the home and adding rain gutters. 5.Purchase a Toyota van for $12,870.00 which included a rack, tires, and licenses providing transportation to staff and boys.6.Purchase adjoining land to connect to the recreation field for $650.00.7.Rebuild a family home (a small earthen hut) of one of the boys who was returned to his family. The father was sick and the hut was uninhabitable. The new home was built by some of the boys and volunteers. 8.Start an advanced education scholarship fund to fund trade and college level education for boys who graduate from the program. 9.Manage the complexities and extra expenses of the COVID pandemic and resulting lockdowns, food scarcity and health concerns for the boys, families, and volunteers.

KIMSAN (Kingdom Missionaries Society for All Nations) was formerly Global Gospel Missions. KIMSAN is a missionary and charitable organization located in Nakuru, Kenya, focused on providing mentoring and discipleship training to regional church leaders and economic and psycho-social aide to the needy in their communities.From October 2019 to September 2020, For Christs Glory Ministries received $10,930.00 in designated donations for KIMSAN and distributed $16,726.07 to facilitate the following ministry and charitable programs:1.Legal fees to recover losses of vandalism to sanctuary construction and office break-ins at the end of 2019. Move from Kisumu to Nakuru in January of 2020 due to continued violence against ministry staff and property.2.Register KIMSAN with Registrar of Societies in Nairobi, Kenya and open new offices in Nakuru.3.COVID Food Scarcity Relief and Flood Relief. Four food distributions to more than 100 families, and over 360 people, in Kisumu, Nyakach and Nakuru from May to September for $1000 each distribution. The majority of recipients were widows, orphans and the elderly, many of whom were displaced by the flooding. Donations included flour, sugar, oil, salt, grains and soap. 4.Leadership and Theological Convention in November 2019 for 25 pastors in Kisumu for $1000.

Mission Outreach to All Nations is located in Gangu, Uganda and serves a Christian church congregation of 70 people. They also provide service and food relief in their immediate surrounding community of Gangu. From October 2019 to September 2020, For Christs Glory Ministries received $3,850.00 in designated donations for Mission Outreach and distributed $6258.00 to facilitate the following ministry and charitable programs:1.COVID Food Scarcity Relief. Four food distributions to 70 families from May to September totaling $600 for each distribution. 2.Purchase inventory for shoe store of $400 to create independent income source for pastors family.3.Purchase drum set for $300 for church worship time.1.One-time repairs to pastors car for $100.
