Housing Counseling

Our mission is to encourage, promote and foster homeownership for individuals and families in the greater Philadelphia region. Homeownership is one tool to building wealth and economic empowerment. to that end, we strive to provide our clients with information and resources to successfully navigate the road to purchasing a home. We are on hand to provide counseling to those who find themselves delinquent with their mortgages and facing foreclosure or Sheriff's sale. We aim to provide comprehensive housing counseling services through information distribution, educational workshops and one-on-one counseling.
