Arts Education for all Children

YAEP's residencies and programs include multicultural art forms in the performing, visual and literary arts. Popular breakout programs of the last year include ARTS FOR PEACE (a program that combines multiple artists to bring an anti-violence message to schools); JAZZ FOR KIDS (bringing Jazz performances to students and professional development to Elementary School Teachers); ARTS FOR LEARNING (using a combination of arts programming to improve literacy in the classroom); ADOPT A SCHOOL (this last year YAEP adopted Gotwals Elementary to provide under served students in the Norristown School District with several subsidized arts programs).
