Woods Resources and its affiliates, Allies, Archway Programs, Brian's House, Tabor Services and Woods Services, are passionate about making positive changes in the lives of the individuals they serve. Woods mission is to support children and adults with disabilities or challenges to achieve their highest potential and independence through innovative and individualized approaches that promote learning and personal fulfillment. The organizations have a combined impact on more than 4,000 children and adults who receive their services and supports annually.

Woods Services, Inc.

Woods and its affiliates serve a diverse population, providing care for more than 4,100 children, adolescents, adults and seniors with special needs. The diagnoses of those in its care include intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities that are difficult to manage. Supports are also provided to individuals with challenging behaviors, emotional problems, brain injury, neurological disorders and other challenges that interfere with the learning process. Respect for individuality is a constant, as great care and attention are given to design supports that meet the needs of each person.

Population(s) Served

Provides services and supports to people with intellectual disability and/or autism. Other conditions may include brain injury, neurological disorders, and other developmental disabilities.
Our group homes are in Chester and Delaware Counties. Our employment training and adult day services programs are located in Exton, PA. Our services are paid for by different sources. The most common is a county MH/Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities office. Depending upon the services provided, other funding sources may include families. Our programs also benefit from the generous support of numerous foundations, corporate grants, and contributions from civic groups and individuals
