THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY ALLIANCE

Growing the market for energy efficiency in the Mid-Atlantic

aka KEEA ENERGY EDUCATION FUND   |   PHILADELPHIA, PA   |  http://www.energyefficiencyalliance.org

Mission

The Energy Efficiency Alliance is dedicated to modernizing utilities and growing the market for energy efficiency in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Working with more than 60 partner businesses—ranging from small mom-and-pop companies to large multi-national corporations—EEA has more than a decade of experience promoting energy efficiency in the Mid-Atlantic. EEA educates the public about energy conservation and efficiency; monitors and supports energy efficiency policies and regulations at the state, county, and municipal levels; provides forums for sharing best practices; and mobilizes its network of businesses, nonprofit partners, and community stakeholders to educate decision-makers and elevate energy efficiency success stories.

Businesses Engaged in Energy Efficiency (BE3)

The Businesses Engaged in Energy Efficiency (BE3) Project highlights positive stories of businesses in the energy efficiency industry, or companies that have leveraged state policy to reduce their energy usage and save money. These engagement events create energy champions out of businesses now willing to engage on clean energy education and outreach. Since launching the BE3 Project in 2017, EEA has identified more than 75 potential partners and held 25 in-district events across the Commonwealth. These events have been attended by more than 60 elected officials as well as local media.
