Program 1

Homes are purchased or built and subsequently sold to low-income families. CHAC holds the contracts of sale on seven homes on which the clients make monthly payments on the mortgage loan. One client paid off their mortgage during 2020. Currently two single women are working toward purchasing homes still owned by CHAC. Three homes are being rented while awaiting newly-approved clients. CHAC purchased two additional properties in 2020 to renovate for future clients.
