Typically our annual Congress is an all day in person event. In 2020, like all of our programming since March, became virtual. One-two hour presentations were held on multiple days throughout the month of October. Programming included messages from Gov. Phil Murphy and Sen. Cory Booker. Acting Director of the New Jersey Department of Envirmental Protection, Shawn LaTourette, made two presentations and the Keynote speaker, Judith Enck spoke on environmental policy update. Presentation topics included Climate Resilience Initiatives and Programs, Green Infrastructure for Stormwater Management, Environmental Justice Advances, Clean Energy Projects, etc. The annual Environmental Achievement Awards were conferred for projects around the state.
