What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
How to do Business Workshops
These workshops give small business owners the opportunity to sit and talk with procurement officers and key decision makers of different industries. A few of the workshops we have had to date are:
Doing Business through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
How to do Business with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh
How to do Business with the Duquesne Light
How to do Business with the Community College of Allegheny County
Information Technology Clinics
These clinics are designed to help small businesses begin using technology or upgrade the technology they currently have in order to advance and grow their businesses. The clinics are conducted throughout the city of Pittsburgh in order to give small businesses the opportunity to participate regardless of their locations. To date we have had information technology clinics in the northside, eastside, westend, southside, and downtown Pittsburgh
PowerBreakfast Meetings
From September through June, the Chamber holds a monthly PowerBreakfast Meeting. A Chief Executive Officer or elected official is invited to address the membership and guests on how to do business with his/ her company or organization.
