What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Connecticut Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic
The Connecticut Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic (CTMOM) is a program that provides free dental care for the under-served and uninsured in Connecticut. Among these individuals, it is common to find progressive and cumulative dental disease. As these symptoms become more complex, they affect the ability to eat, and even how a person looks and lives. Oral health is inseparable from general health and can affect a person’s self-esteem and compromise their ability to work, attend school and lead normal lives.
The need for charitable dental care in Connecticut is no different than in any other state. Each CTMOM project will provide quality oral health care through an integrated team of dental, medical and community volunteers for those who have no hope of receiving care through our present health care system.
Connecticut Mini Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic
The Connecticut Foundation for Dental Outreach believes that everyone deserves dental care. The Foundation, through its Connecticut Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinics, provides the underserved and uninsured with free dental care so no one will suffer needlessly from mouth pain, complications from lack of care, or be embarrassed about their smile.
