What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Forever Wish Program

Forever Wish Program
The Foundation's Forever Wish program helps underserved youth and the physically challenged realize their dreams.
The ALO Cultural Foundation supports education to vulnerable youth by providing scholarships and career opportunities to boost entrepreneurial spirits and when possible, arrange for life changing medical missions. We empower the less fortunate to reach their goals and attain financial independence. We provide enlightenment by recognizing the potential in others.
Forever Wish is not interested in temporary fixes or short term success. The assistance we deliver are designed to impact the livelihood and prepare them for a better quality of life.

Population(s) Served

The safety of the world around is vital to our core mission to
“Educate, Empower and Enlighten.”
During these uncertain times all of us are in crisis, especially our heroes. The inaugural 2020 COVID-19 Hero Awards are a small gesture to honor the hard work of everyone fighting during this pandemic. Powered by the ALO Foundation, the campaign is an online social gathering to celebrate our heroes whom have made sacrifices to save lives and risen above the call of duty.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Ensure that youth have access to education and the tools needed to accomplish skills and career for life.
Launch awareness campaign for healthy living in response to COVID-19.
Support community with preparedness during crisis.
Humanitarian/medical mission to empower underserved and physically challenged individuals to improve their quality of life.
Establish grants to support communities and non-profit organizations with essentials (food and medical supplies).
Raise $1 million so the ALO Cultural Foundation can impact a social change to minority and diverse underserved communities.

Collaborate with schools/colleges/universities to grant children and youth with access to education. Support students with scholarship and access to our Forever Wish program.
Raise funds to help initiate Healthy Living Awareness Campaigns.
Build the ALO Cultural Foundation capacity and develop a structure from volunteers-to-hire employment initiative.
Increase board members and benefactors to hep the ALO Cultural Foundation with capital funds.
Hire Director of Development to help with fundraising and secure grants.
Hire dedicated grant writer to help with fundraising and secure grants.
Continue our collaboration with non-profit organizations to build the ALO Cultural Foundation brand and multiply the impact the organization is making into the community while enriching the quality of lives of those we encounter.
Continue our missions with medical missions one case at a time to make a difference in the lives of impoveriched children.
Secure endowments.

The Founder has been instrumental in maintaining and delivering the ALO Cultural Foundation through endowments and fundraising efforts.
Key members are stepping up to the plate when the need arises.
Outreach programs and administration are delivered as an emergency response and on a case by case basis.
Collaborations with other organizations.
Board participation and coordinations with community leaders and health providers.

ALO has delivered more than 2,000 hearing aids to vulnerable communities.
ALO has successes with five medical missions for physically challenged and genetic conditions.
ALO has provided scholarships to 10 students.
ALO has fed 10,005 families.
ALO has developed the www.COVID19HeroAwards.com to help with grants to essential workers.
ALO has provided mentorship to three orphanages.
ALO has been nominated for an Emmy Award.
ALO has collaborated with hospitals and non-profit organizations to help more than 10,000 constituents.
ALO has been raising awareness about Covid19 and provided PPE to essential workers.
ALO has succeeded with 5 medical missions of children to the United States.
ALO has provided educational supports, computers and mentorship to diverse communities and people of color.

Next, will be to raise funds and bring two important roles to the Foundation: Director of Development and Grant Writer to help reach our goal of raising $1 million so the organization does not depend only on volunteers and have an organization structure for future success.

What we have accomplished so far is only the beginning.
