Mission

Jai Bhim International empowers youth and families living in economically and socially marginalized communities through education, leadership development, and social entrepreneurship. We achieve this through three key initiatives: 1) an alternative learning leadership academy; 2) a young women’s educational residence and safe space; 3) and a young men’s educational residence.

Lokuttara Leadership Academy

Lokuttara Leadership Academy provides excellence among the next generation of global leaders in India through training in academic mastery, personal growth, and healing within families. We are a community of women and men collaborating as equals in learning and leading with an attitude of mutual respect.
1. We collaborate with youth on workshops in communicative English, computer skills, social studies, and practical life skills, with an emphasis on fostering academic success and improving high school and college completion rates.
2. We partner with families to develop healthy home environments conducive to healing and personal growth, and we support youth and their families in finding solutions to their own problems.
3. We promote Social Entrepreneurship to encourage innovation and create healthy communities.

Population(s) Served

Blossom is an educational residence for girls who have dropped out of school in Kerala, where they can continue their academic study and develop confidence. Our curriculum emphasizes communicative English, public speaking, computer skills, the arts and academic mastery.
