What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Childcare Subsidy Program

One of our signature programs is our subsidy program. It provides financial assistance for child care (full-time or part-time care, before- and after-school care, and summer camps). The benefits are clear: When parents have high quality child care and financial assistance to help make it more affordable, employee absenteeism is dramatically reduced. This financial assistance ranges from $5,000 to $8,000 annually, depending on the age of the child.
