Mission Statement

The mission of Pet Hub Animal Rescue is:
·     To accept into rescue cat/kittens and dogs/puppies being housed at animal shelters and humane societies.
·    To accept cat/kittens and dogs/puppies from private owners who no longer want them, thereby preventing potential crueltyand/or neglect.
·    To provide shelter, food and medical care for the rescued cat/kittens and dogs/puppies until new homes are located for them.
·    To place the rescued cat/kittens and dogs/puppies in new homes, after carefully screening the adoptive families.
·     To educate the public and to help promote pet-friendly city ordinances that benefit both animals and residents. 
·    To educate the public about cat/kittens and dogs/puppies to better prepare them as potential owners and caretakers.
·    To educate the public about the importance of spaying and neutering their cat/kittens and dogs/puppies, to reduce the numbers of unwanted cat/kittens and dogs/puppies in animal shelters.
·    To educate the public about the benefits of Trap, Neuter and Release (“TNR”) program help the city cope with catoverpopulation
·    To prevent cruelty or inhumane treatment of cat/kittens and dogs/puppies by disseminating information and knowledgeregarding these animals.

Pet Hub Animal Rescue has been successful in securing funds to hold two sterilization events a year for the last 3 year through the spay neuter assistance program or a voucher program in association with local veterinarians. In 2012, Pet Hub sterilized over 40 animals and provided free micro chips to more than 120 animals.

Pet Hub Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer organization, relying entirelyon foster homes and private donations. They do not maintain costly facilities or paid staff so all monies raised directly benefit homeless animals in our community.  Your donation will:     Provide food and supplies to help foster animal owners and shelters care for needy animalsFund spaying and neutering programs. Spaying one cat avoids up to another 140 feral cats in only two years.Support Pets411, Pet Hub program that reunites lost animals with owners   Support initiatives to reduce the number of animals euthanatized at local animal shelters.   Your donation will allow Pet Hub Animal Rescue to continue providing food, essential veterinary care, boarding and support for our wonderful dogs and cats throughout the year.
