ConnectNY has a number of Committees established to facilitate the achievement of the strategic plan and its goals.See http://connectny.org/committeesandworkinggroups/

The ConnectNY staff works with the Board of Directors and the Committees to facilitate the achievement of strategic priorities.

Since 2015, a strategic plan was developed and implemented, the technology infrastructure was evaluated, the Shared Print Trust Program expanded, the bylaws were updated, and committees were formed. An annual Collaboration Day event brings staff from member institutions together.
