What we aim to solve
We are commanded in the Scriptures to go and make disciples of all nations. Our world is lost, dark, and dying. At the College of Athens we equip disciples to bring light, compassion, and hope to the least, the last, and the lost.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The College of Athens equips those who will teach, reach, lead, and minister to others in Christ because together we're on a relentless pursuit to transform the world in Jesus' name!
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We accomplish our objective through impactful, biblically-based, hands-on programs to prepare today's and tomorrow's leaders for marketplace or church ministry. Our institution offers undergraduate, graduate, and non-degree programs.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Led by a faith-filled Board of Trustees, the faculty and staff who lead the College of Athens are highly credentialed with tremendous frontline ministry and education leadership experience.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Founded in 2009, the College of Athens opened its doors in August 2012 under religious exemption in the State of Georgia. In 2015 we received full authorization from the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education. In 2017 we received accreditation candidacy status from the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges & Schools.
In 2017, our college purchased a 114-acre parcel of land where we can establish our permanent campus and develop the hands-on ministry centers that are vital to our unique, hands-on way of training leaders.
In 2017, the institution entered into accreditation candidacy with the Transnational Association of Colleges & Schools. In 2020, full accreditation status was achieved. In 2021, the institution was fully authorized for offering Distance Education and added a Master of Divinity (MDiv) program.
Our students, conference attendees, and Prayer Ministry recipients largely testify that their experiences here at the College of Athens are "life-changing." We thank GOD for all that He does in and through our college and for this opportunity to make a difference.
