12+ aims to increase educational equity by building school cultures that inspire academic achievement and empower students to pursue postsecondary education. 12+ partners with schools in underserved communities to redefine what is possible for their students and providing dedicated, individualized postsecondary, academic, and social support.

FLIGHT (College Access)

Comprehensive College Access Program:

Flight guides 11th-12th graders towards a successful postsecondary pathway. From writing personal statements to applying for financial aid, students receive in-depth, individualized support through each step of the application process.

Transition Program, Mentorship Program, and Job Readiness Workshops:

RAISE provides every incoming freshman with a vital connection to their new school, a clear understanding of school procedures and expectations, and relevant programming for academic and social development that outlines the behaviors, personal motivations, and skills necessary to be successful in high school. Sophomores gain additional hard and soft skills to prepare them for interviews, work, and internship opportunities.

Leadership Development Program:

The PLUS Leaders Program equips students with leadership skills and mindsets that enable them to assist, motivate, and empower their peers to commit to their educations while strengthening the sense of community within the school. PLUS Leaders are trendsetters of the positive, college-going culture 12+ aims to help cultivate.

12+ Alumni Support:

The Ascend Program assists students with the transition into college the summer before their first year. Students are connected to resources and a peer network and are contacted regularly by our team whose goals are to encourage persistence and to identify students in need of additional support.
