Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Today’s hyper-political environment is causing a breakdown in civil discourse and an increase in misinformation, both of which compromise honest and productive conversations surrounding the Arab-Israeli conflict. More than ever, supporters of Israel need to be prepared to have the difficult conversations in a time when Israel’s right to exist and defend itself in secure and recognized borders is increasingly questioned.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Boot Camp
Boot Camp is an intensive, multi-week training program that takes 25-30 select candidates and equips them with the tools they need to effectively advocate for Israel and impact their peers. The program features a combination of lectures, speakers and interactive sessions that raises participants' Israel IQ and teaches them how to go on the offense in their discussions. We do this in a fun and unique way that balances educational and social components, while building future leaders of the organization and active Pro-Israel advocates.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We are working to equip young adults and communities around the United States with the facts, skills and confidence to advocate for Israel and impact how members of their social and professional networks understand the Arab-Israeli conflict. Our goals include changing how young adults learn about and connect with Israel in the diaspora, providing community and identity for secular/unaffiliated Jews and pro-Israel advocates, and serving as the much-needed continuity to college campus engagement.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We pioneer revolutionary models of Israel advocacy training and Jewish communal engagement for population segments unreached or underserved by traditional organizations and institutions. Through our social and professional networks, and activating force-multipliers, we are setting up young professional communities in major cities across the United States so local populations can be organically reached and engaged.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our active alumni are from all over the United States and help open all the necessary doors to launching local chapters, including leadership, participant recruitment, fundraising, as well as programming venues and vendors. These alumni and many of our other professional connections are also staff members and lay leaders for many Jewish and Israel-focused organizations who want to help us grow in their local communities.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have revolutionized how secular, Jewish young adults locally engage with Israel and their Jewish community. We are the only program that can successfully pack a room with young people for Israel and political education in a time where Israel and political sensitivities are reducing and preventing that type of participation. We have established Boot Camp chapters in four cities (New York, Washington DC, Miami and Boston), are in the progress of launching a fifth chapter in Chicago (fall 2018), and have begun discussing expansion to Los Angeles in 2019.
