What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
General Business practice of getting donations and giving skateboards to qualified organizations
We rely on monetary donations from individuals and corporations in order to purchase skateboard components.
Additionally we solicit donations of skateboards, skateboard parts and safety equipment directly from manufacturers. We accept contributions via JustGive and PayPal those contributions are used to directly purchase equipment and pay for operating expenses.
We provide the skateboards to qualified organization that have skateboard programs so that they can use them to allow underprivileged, at-risk and special needs youth an opportunity to try skateboarding. The youth in these progams gain many benefits (health, confidence and more) from their particpation in these skateboarding programs.
Over 90% of each dollar donated is directly spent on purchasing skateboards, the other 10% is used to pay shipping costs (we ship out a lot of skateboards!) and to purchase or pay for small business items like web hosting, boxes, packing tape, business cards and stickers. We are an all volunteer staff so your donation will make a big difference.

Every action we take is aimed at fulfilling our Mission Statement.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We continually look for monetary support from the public, product support from the skateboard industry, monetary support from other corporations not in the skateboard industry and grant money.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have board members and volunteers that are dedicated and have the skill set necessary to achieve our goals and strategies.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We review how we are doing (how much equipment and the dollar value we have donated) compared to the previous year. Each year we have shown growth over the previous year.
We continually need support from individuals and corporations in order to keep our organization going.
