Develop our members into leaders within their campuses and communities
Work to support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, while providing educational resources to identify, stop and prevent domestic violence and sexual assault.

Providing educational programs for our individual members and chapters, as well as for alumnae.
Provide educational materials that can be disseminated on their campuses and in their communities.
Provide scholarships to support educational goals of our members to allow them to be successful in their chosen professions.
Provide direct support to domestic violence agencies.

We provide grant funding to Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity which provides educational program to collegiate and alumnae members and chapters. We have a robust scholarship granting process.

Leadership development programming for 4 executive officers from 145 collegiate chapter at annual leadership academy.
Educational speakers at biennial membership convention.
Virtual mentoring program and quarterly regional mentoring workshops.
Alumnae leadership program provided biennually to over 400 alumnae volunteers.
Over $300,000 granted annually in individual scholarships and needs-based educational assistance grants.
Four educational programs focused on leadership, personal safety and mental health provided annually on a rotating based to 145 collegiate chapters (with over 20,000 members)
Educational materials and fundraising support during domestic violence awareness month and healthy relationships week.
Grants to support educational spaces in living facilities for our members.
