Pride Holiday

Stonewall has hosted the local Pride celebration since 1981. Columbus' Pride Holiday is the second largest gay pride celebration of its kind in the midwest and one of the top 10 in the country. Always at the end of June, the event includes a march, festival, and rally. Festivities also feature diverse entertainment, a poker run for motorcycle enthusiasts, and a 5K race. Funds raised during the event support Stonewall Columbus and its pursuit of equality, fairness, and safety for the entire LGBTQ+ community. In 2019, more than 600,000 people attended from across Ohio and across the country.
