Save Our Sabinal

We are seeking to prevent Yong Life, a nation wide, Colorado based, religious organization that provides camping experience for young adults from allowing the treated sewage from their Lonehollow Camp in Bander County to enter the creek that feeds into the pristine Sabinal River. We are joined by the Commissioners Courts from Bandera, Uvalde and Real Counties, TX, The Nueces River Authority, The Hill Country Alliance, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, The Sabinal Canyon Coalition, The Friends of Lost Maples and others in seeking alternate solutions; we specifically ask for a ZERO DISCHARGE approach that would never allow the wastewater from entering the river. We re faced with significant financial opposition.
