What we aim to solve
Your Own Community Foundation aims to address the temporary financial need that arises to take the temporary burden that people encounter off there backs.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Gift A Christmas
Choose local families that with out our help would not otherwise have a Christmas for there family. We get donated Christmas Trees, lights, ornaments, gifts for the children and a food box with a ham or turkey and all the trimmings.
Care & Share
Aid all in need of temporary help with Gas, Water, Electric Payments/Deposits, Rent & Mortgage Payments/Deposits.
Help with Food Card, Gasoline Card, cloths and blankets for all in need based on the funds available to distribute.
We try to provide in CA and then throughout the United States as requested.

To aid in the temporary financial need of families, single moms, dads, veterans, elderly and young adults.

Raising the funds to be able to aid those who contact us and able to fulfill there need at that time.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have helped many to pay a portion or all of a Gas, Water and or Electric bill including deposits. We have helped many to pay a partial deposit for a move in to an apartment, rental house as well as there rent or mortgage payment. We have helped some with furniture that was donated and assisted one disabled elder woman get a new roof on her roof that was leaking. We also have helped some get there appliances diagnosed and repaired when warranted. We are close to a one stop help organization and we try to not limit to just one or two programs but to serve ant need anyone have.
