Charting Impact

Self-reported by organization

Five powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

  1. What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
To raise funds to help pay for credentialed faculty to teach our K-6 grade students Science, Technology, Art, Music, and Physical Education.
  2. What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
The majority we raise comes directly from families with children in the school district. Direct appeals from Board members from each school drive this strategy. Other revenue streams come from corporate sponsors and local fundraisers.
  3. What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our bylaws allow for at least 2 voting members to be elected from each school. Budget forecasting coupled with marketing campaigns engage our target demographic.
  4. How will they know if they are making progress?
If we meet our revenue targets for the year to fund teachers for the upcoming school year is a very easy means for us to track our target.
  5. What have and haven't they accomplished so far?
We have a goal to get 100% of our families participating in the campaign. Most years, we reach over 70% participation rate, leaving room for growth.
