Program 1
Association support involves monitoring the health and capacity of local associations, building the local capacity for service delivery, providing technical assistance to improve performance, and recommending/providing triage for struggling associations that are at risk of losing membership in the Southeast Region and YWCA USA
Program 2
Peer review involves scheduling, training, providing staff/volunteers, conducting, and following up the peer reviews of local associations peer review assessment takes place no less than once every five years in each local association to assure compliance with affiliation standards each localassociation opens its operations to a peer review that is conducted by a peer review team made up of volunteers from the region following peer review, a corrective action plan is developed by the local
Program 3
Training & technical assistance involves recommending and organizing training/technical assistance to enhance the skills/knowledge of staff/board of local associations including communication via modern technology training is delivered during regional meetings, conferences, and via the website selection of appropriate venues, presenters, speakers, workshop subjects and topics that are relevant and timely in promoting the success and growth of the local associations is the objective
