What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Each one, teach one

We provide transformationalists, not just transitionalists. Transformational mentorship occurs when one or more persons engage with others in such a way that both mentors and mentees raise one another to higher levels of motivation and morality, and results in a transforming effect on both parties. Our leadership performance is best measured by its capacity to leverage human intellect and energy in the service of shared visions and collective aspirations.

Population(s) Served

One of our JRT certificate programs offers a volunteer opportunity to obtain skills applicable to the Food & Beverage Concession Service Industry. A current Southern Nevada Food Handler card and a current TAM (Alcohol Awareness) card is required for individuals to participate in this program. We provide financial assistance to help participants obtain the required cards. Participants who complete the 30-day (180 hours) trainings, which consists of Cashiering-POS, Sales Representative, Food Preparation, and Food Handler Health and Safety, receive a Certificate of Achievement in Food & Beverage Concession Services.
