Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Youth Workforce Development
Our five major programs offer one or more of the following services: 1. Job development and placement: including recruitment, assessment, and follow-up services to help youth get and keep a job; and placement in internships in major career fields of the future. 2. Employability skills and job seeking skills training: such as resume writing, interviewing, communication, life skills, andprograms to help youth prepare for the world of work. 3. Workforce and career experiences: field trips, guest employer lectures, job shadowing, mentoring, paid and unpaid internships in a variety of configurations; real world problem-solving integrated into school curricula. 4. Mentoring and academic enrichment: tutoring, coaching study skills, and other activities to motivate youth to stay in school and prepare for the workplace or for further education
