What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Foster Care
Cadence Care Network matches patient and caring adults with the most vulnerable children in our community.
Being a foster caregiver provides you with a rewarding opportunity to positively impact a child’s life.
Cadence Care Network is committed to supporting our foster caregivers. We provide dedicated 24/7 support, initial and ongoing training, daily reimbursement for the care of children, respite, and access to transportation services for the children in care.
We are seeking foster caregivers throughout Northeast Ohio.
Family Focused Community Support
Our Behavior Support Services focus on improving the individual's ability to succeed in his/her school and community, identify and access needed services, and improve behaviors with family and friends.
Patient-Centered Counseling
We provide personalized individual and group counseling for children, families and adults struggling with behavioral and emotional health.
Early Childhood Mental Health
Our clinicians aim to improve the social/emotional development of young children by teaching behavior management strategies, coping skills, social skills/awareness and emotional expression to children ages 2-8. Early Childhood Clinicians assist daycares and preschools to optimize their classroom functioning by using a number of evidenced-based programs.
Multisystemic Therapy
An evidence-based, intensive home-based treatment program for youth and their families to address serious behavioral issues, social factors and to avoid out-of-home placement. MST engages all systems in the youth's life (family, peers, school, community) and using the strengths of each system facilitates positive behavioral change in the youth's natural environment and focuses on family preservation.
Transition-Aged Youth
This program addresses mental health symptoms and needs in at-risk youth, ages 14-22, as they transition to adulthood. Our clinicians teach skills in developing healthy relationships, living independently, securing housing and finding employment.
School-Based Services
Our School Social Workers help students throughout Trumbull County build resilience and improve social and emotional health through in-school individual and group support, classroom and grade-level presentations, professional development for staff, referrals, behavioral health treatment and follow-up.
High-Fidelity Wraparound
Our facilitators help families who need extra support to navigate life's challenges. Wraparound is a strength and team-based process that focuses on each family member's unique strengths, and brings people together to work toward a common goal for the family.
Autism Program
Help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families overcome challenges through individualized care and intensive therapy, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis, with an experienced, compassionate staff.
Sexually Abusive Behavior Treatment
Our certified staff utilizes a six-phase, multi-systemic program which helps our young clients reconcile issues attached to sexual trauma they may have experienced and reducing the recurrence of sexually aggressive behaviors. Cadence Care Network is certified by the Ohio Department of Youth services to provide assessment, treatment and transition services to youth.
