What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
TIP-ID
The CRTEC TIP-ID Program is a comprehensive program that INFORMS, TRAINS and ACTIVATES individuals and organizations to be able to bring restorative services to the victims of Human Trafficking. This program moves from basic informational advocacy through equipping to a grass roots response.
The TIP-ID program is a comprehensive tool that within a 12 month period of time can raise, train, activate and put rubber on the road for the restoration of trafficking victims in a city or region.
We begin by working with a partner to launch a Preventing Abuse Conference with our collaborative partners in this field. By bringing in governmental, non-governmental and other like not-for-profit organizations who work to make a difference, we sound a trumpet of restoration in a region or city metropolitan area.
The result of this conference is either followed by or run in tandem with CRTEC's TIP-ID certified training course. This in depth one day training takes an individual deep into the industry, trains and develops equipping to be part of a grass roots solution.
Following the TIP-ID course, CRTEC works with those newly certified individuals with a heart for action and assist them in developing a 90 Day TIP Restoration Task Force. CRTEC provides the baselines for the team as they evaluate, research and develop a next 180 day action plan for their region.
The product of this 90 Day Restorative task force is a detailed report providing guidance and framework for the next 180 days of activity that will build and establish the framework for the response in that city or region.
CRTEC raises participatory funding for each of these Phases of the TIP-ID program from the Advocacy Conference, TIP-ID Certified Training, Task Force and in most cases, seed money for the initial 180 day Restoration roll-out budget
