Adult Education and Training coordinates activities such as ESL classes, workers’ rights trainings and safety trainings to develop workers’ organizing and self-advocacy skills.
Research and Policy
Research and Policy generates and realizes policy and private sector solutions to the serious workplace problems facing working families.
Organizing
Organizing builds power among construction worker members to effect systemic change in the construction industry.
This program currently does not have its own budget because it is housed within the Research and Policy program.
Better Builder
Better Builder improves conditions in the construction industry by raising standards for wages, safety, and local hiring on construction projects through agreements with developers, companies and public bodies.
