Mission

Empower Zambia is a nonprofit organization based in the United States that seeks to establish itself as a leading professional business training program in Zambia, Africa. Along with our training, we act as a financial resource to those unable to access capital through traditional avenues. Our goal is the promotion of the economy of this nation at a grassroots level. Empower Zambia is governed by a board of directors consisting of both Americans and Zambians. Unlike typical business training programs, Empower Zambia trains local entrepreneurs within the context of their own culture and environment through mobile centers set up in their village. We plan to spread training to all nine provinces in Zambia with our headquarter operations running out of Lusaka.
