What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

The values the Council strives to instill are those found in the Scout oath and law. GSTCBSA offers the experiences that teach ethical values, self-reliance, and leadership, to be achieved through family, outdoor, career, and other programs that promote positive influence to characterize development, personal fitness, and participating citizenship ($917,851). One of the organization's recent accomplishments was the merger of two councils, Ann Arbor and Jackson, to improve economic efficiency and to strengthen volunteer committees.
