What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Air Adventures
MICHIGAN’S LARGEST HISTORIC PLANE RIDE DESTINATION
Yankee Air Museum’s historic plane rides feature the B-17 Yankee Lady and B-25 Yankee Warrior bombers, the C-47 Hairless Joe Skytrain, the UH-1 Huey, and the Ford 4-AT-B Trimotor.
Guests can learn about the unique history behind each aircraft and also take a ride in them to fully experience what it was like to fly during those time periods.
Unity In Learning
Unity in Learning brings together three educational institutions: Yankee Air Museum, Ann Arbor Hands On Museum and the Leslie Science & Nature Center, to bring STEAM education to kids in multiple counties.
Together we have created a bridge to hands-on discovery, exploration of the natural world, and experiences that take flight to kids in grades 1-12.
