Goals & Strategy

Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

The vast majority of child care providers in Milwaukee are rated in the QRIS as 2 stars. Our goal is to increase the number of providers rated at a high quality rating of 3 stars or higher.

We work directly with Milwaukee Succeeds, in order to improve the quality of child care, and child care providers in the Milwaukee area.

4C has the highest rated trainers in the State. Our Master Trainers are recognized not just for their ability to teach, but for their broad understanding of the difficulties faced by most child care providers.

As YoungStar is very new, it is important to monitor the progress we are making, in order to assist the State in making changes to the YoungStar systems, to ensure integrity, consistency and continued march towards success.
