Health Equity
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Medical Care
People's Center Medical Clinic serves approximately 7,000 individuals/year with primary health services, including pediatrics, family and internal medicine. Special focus is on preventive services and management of chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, and HIV. The People's Center provides comprehensive care coordination for all patients including: social services, case management, legal clinic guidance, interpreter services, MyChart Services, audio and text reminders, and long term follow up.
Dental Care
People's Center Dental Clinic serves approximately 1800 patients annually and offers robust family focused dental services. We use a sliding fee scale and have multiple payment options including a prompt pay discount program.
Behavioral Health
We provide affordable, trauma responsive behavioral health care that includes services that address: depression, anxiety, integrated medical care support, trauma, case management, addressing economic stressors, family focused education, substance abuse issues, and long term follow up.
