SMILES is a non profit organization committed to providing a wide array of services to assist individuals with disabilities to live independently, to pursue meaningful goals, and have the same opportunities and choices as all persons.

Mr. Augustin has a Master of Science Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and Bachelor of Art Degrees in Psychology and Sociology. He is also a Licensed Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, C.R.C., and is a current member of the MN Rehabilitation Association.
