The Reading Center/Dyslexia Institute provides Educational Therapy to students individually and in small groups using the Orton-Gillingham approach to teach students with dyslexia to read, write and spell. In 2007, we provided 8,873 sessions. The Reading Center trains educators to provide Educational Therapy to students. In 2006, we trained 30 educators. We provide public awareness presentations about dyslexia and the consequences to the child and the community when it goes unidentified.
