YL has a partnership with Bethel Seminary that offers a Masters Degree in youth ministry. However, our major focus is in the area of services to congregations and leaders. We offer three-day intensive classes for youth workers, a unique Youth Ministry Certification Program along with church consulting and speaking to parents and volunteer youth leaders.

Population(s) Served

Recharge is a one-day conference designed to educate, equip and encourage leaders involved in children's, youth and family ministry. Through main sessions and workshops, Recharge trains professional and volunteer leaders in 5 cities in the Upper Midwest.

This one-year program is designed to develop a youth ministry leader through two retreats and 8 online classes. Each participant is assigned to a cohort that has an experienced cohort mentor to lead class discussions.
