CHILDREN RECEIVE HOMEWORK ASSISTANCE, CHARACTER COUNTS PROGRAMMING, WELLNESS PROGRAMMING, AND EXPOSURE TO NEW CONCEPTS. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED TO INCOME ELIGIBLE FAMILIES BASED ON HOUSEHOLD INCOME AND SIZE.
