1. Ross Campus Treatment Center - 45 bed residential facility for teenage Iowa boys 2. Community Based Program - in home youth and family counseling 3. Supervised Independent Living - apartment based living program for teenagers ages 16.5 to 18 who have no family resources 4. The PILOT Program - a pre-indenpendent living program for 10 youth on our Ross Campus. These clients have little or no family support and will be "on their own" at the age of 18. The program teaches life skills while the clients are still in a secure setting. 5. Cluster Site Indenpendent Living - six boys living in studio style apartments on the Ross Campus ages 16.5 to 18 who are required to have part time jobs and completing high school. 6. PAL - Preparation for Adult Living. Voluntary program for a limited number of young adults who have "aged out" of the juvenile justice system, and who are between the ages of 18 and 21 who want to access some of the treatment and counseling programs offered in our Independent Living Program.
