The Residential Treatment Program at Edgewood Children’s Center is dedicated to the treatment of children and adolescents who have experienced extensive trauma and who struggle with the debilitating effects of a variety of emotional disturbances. Treatment at Edgewood is intensive and is designed to individually address each child’s psycho-social and educational needs.

The respite program serves children with developmental disabilities and children who struggle with emotional, behavioral and communication disorders. Service is provided until there is an improvement in the child’s behavior, stability in the home has been attained and goals have been met. The goals of this program are to reduce the risk of out-of-home placement, nurture children and families, and provide one-on-one service to the child in our in-home program while providing a time of rest for parents, families or foster parents.

ECC Educational Consultants offer tutoring and individualized instruction for children experiencing difficulty in school. Our certified and experienced teachers offer group and individual learning to help your child succeed academically and socially. We not only help those struggling but also provide educational enrichment. Serving over 100 students each year, our goal is to help children become successful learners and work proficiently at or above grade level.
