Women’s Lyceum

One-day, national caliber leadership development conference for women in Kansas City. We bring from across the nation academics, business experts and authors to present breakout sessions on a variety of key leadership skills including communication, negotiation, establishing a strategic network, and leading teams. We obtain underwriting in the form of sponsorships to keep the cost of the conference affordable and to provide a discount rate for not-for-profit professionals. We have brought to Kansas City presenters from such well-regarded institutions as the Center for Creative Leadership, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern, Stanford University, Simmons College in Boston, Carnegie Mellon, Chicago University and more. The conference includes keynotes by role models garnered from such sources as Fortune magazines 50 most powerful women and the Wall Street Journal’s annual list of influential women.
