What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
AIM’s Futures programs
AIM’s Futures programs ignite curiosity through tech learning experiences and mentoring for youth. Our programs include Graduate Twice, mentoring for at-risk youth; Brain Exchange, a tech learning space; and codeCraft, scenario-based STEAM workshops for youth, ages 7-17. To date, AIM Futures has reached more than 125,500 students through various educational programs. For more information, visit aimforbrilliance.org/futures/.
AIM’s Talent Initiative
AIM’s Talent initiative connects talent and employers through online and in-person career resources. For more than 20 years, AIM has operated Careerlink.com, the region's top career development website. Our in-person career resources include the Mixer Series, a fresh take on traditional career fairs, and Tech Concierge, a program that connects tech talent with training and career opportunities. Each month, more than 140,000 unique visitors come to Careerlink.com in search of new opportunities.
AIM’s Events
AIM’s Events encompass a range of professional development resources, from training to networking opportunities. Our annual conferences include HDC (Heartland Developers Conference), a 3-day conference that offers in-depth training and peer-to-peer workshops; Infotec, the Midwest’s largest information management conference; and Big Omaha, an annual conference for the entrepreneurial community. To date, AIM has reached more than 34,500 tech professionals with its events and training programs. For more information, visit aimforbrilliance.org/events/.
AIM’s Ventures
AIM’s Ventures provides crowdfunding and community services to creatives and entrepreneurs. Our programs include Hatchfund, a free micro-philanthropy website; Silicon Prairie News, a media website that covers tech startups in the Silicon Prairie region; and the Exchange Building, an 8-story facility that is home to more than 30 key players in the Omaha startup ecosystem. To date, more than $10.1 million has been raised through crowdfunding to support creative projects. For more information, visit aimforbrilliance.org/ventures/.

Graduate Twice
