Adoption Links Worldwide is a licensed child placing agency in the State of Nebraska which provides the highest quality therapeutic family support and adoption services to families in the Midwest Adoption Links Worldwide is an active member of the Nebraska Adoption Association (NAAA) Joint Council on International Children's Services (JCICS), and is the only Nebraska-based agency to be accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) for Hauge International Adoptions
