China Little Flower's goals are to increase the quality of care abandoned children receive. Through partnerships with state-run orphanages, we seek to provide a nurturing and loving home for every child. Instead of growing up in an environment that is not fostering development, we will be able to provide a safe and fostering home, focusing on their health and development. Our goal is to meet the comprehensive needs of a child that has been abandoned, including medical, physical, emotional, developmental, educational, and social.

We accomplish our goals by collaborating with state-run orphanages in China. We employ caregivers to attend to the needs of every child in our care. Our caregivers are trained in best-practices to meets a child’s basic needs and also encourage skills in language acquisition, problem solving, creative exploration, listening, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, inquisitiveness and experimentation. Through these long-term partnerships with state-run orphanages, we can meet the children where they are and provide early interventions.

With over 20 years of experience, we have learned how to navigate the complex system of orphanages, hospitals, and nonprofits to ensure that we put each child’s need first and provide each child with a loving, nurturing environment to grow up in.

In 2019, we provided 159 abandoned children with specialized care. We partnered with 10 different welfare institutes in China to provide this life-changing care. We provided 59 life-saving surgeries and in-patient treatment and over 300 out-patient hospital visits.

Since 2016, we have provided over 270 abandoned children with 24/7 specialized care. Over 40 children are now adopted and living with their own forever family. We have also partnered with over 25 social welfare institutes in China to provide comprehensive care to abandoned children.
