transfer and supervised services
Child Access Services have emerged as a visible and primary purpose. Located in forty-five locations in thirteen states and the District of Columbia, CRC provides parents with transfer and supervised services, usually at no charge to the parents needing them. Most users are low income, though a large minority cross all socio-economic population segments.
