Mission

The CISPES Education Fund is a national grassroots solidarity organization dedicated to supporting the Salvadoran people’s struggle for social and economic justice. We accompany organized workers, women, students and others in their work to realize an inspiring vision of participatory democracy and economic justice. We educate the public on developments in Central America, mobilize to defend human and labor rights, and organize strategic campaigns to challenge U.S. government and corporate intervention in El Salvador and throughout Latin America. Our work is coordinated through our National Office in Washington, DC, and carried out by local chapters and supporters across the country.
