What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Food Pantry

Our Food Pantry is open to those in need, especially our neighbors. Those in need of food may visit our pantry once per month, and if eligible, may also receive The Emergency Food Assistance Program (USDA-TEFAP) once per month. Department of Human Services (DSS) emergency food vouchers are honored whenever presented. During the months of April-October, we host an outdoor food distribution open to all though our partnership with the Maryland Food Bank. In 2019, through all of these food programs, we distributed over 105,727 pounds of food to over 4,000 families and assisted over 1300 clients with non food needs. We serve over 300 families per month with food and over 100 families per month for other, non food needs.
